Because we’re a small bakery, we also have to consider the time required, the size of the order, and whether we can produce it without compromising the quality of everything else coming out of the kitchen. If we can make it happen—and make it right—we’d love to work with you.

Yes! We offer select gluten-free baked goods, including gluten-free cinnamon rolls and chocolate chip cookies.

We take measures to prevent cross-contact when preparing our gluten-free products, including using separate ingredients, equipment, and preparation practices where appropriate. However, Dough Belly is not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, and products containing wheat are prepared in the same environment. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our gluten-free products are free from cross-contact with gluten.

No. Dough Belly operates as an Indiana Homestead Vendor. Our products are produced under Indiana's Homestead Vendor provisions and are exempt from government licensing and inspection.

Not at this time. All orders are currently available for local pickup, with local delivery considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you need delivery, just let us know when placing your order. We’ll consider the location, timing, and order size and let you know if we can make it happen.

Our cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but they'll keep well at room temperature for a couple of days when stored in an airtight container. Our icing is shelf stable, so there's no need to refrigerate them right away.

For longer storage, place your cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator. When you're ready for one, simply warm it in the microwave until soft and gooey again.

Pro tip: A few seconds in the microwave goes a long way—warm it just enough to bring back that fresh-from-the-oven goodness.
